Final Paper Submission

 

INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS

  1. Authors of accepted papers should prepare a camera-ready (final) version of their paper and submit the same through the Microsoft CMT portal. This version of the paper should mandatorily take into account the reviewers’ comments. ​

  2. Failure to submit the camera-ready (final) paper by the deadline will result in an automatic withdrawal of your paper for presentation and publication.

  3. Authors will have to submit a camera-ready version as per the guidelines given on the conference website.

  4. For IEEE Xplore proceeding processes, be ready with following files as a zip file containing the following: PDF of the revised paper, Source files (word or all latex files) and Reviewers comments response (pdf file)

  5. Please make sure about the plagiarism of your manuscript (below 25% similarity), using standard plagiarism checking software (e.g Turnitin), before submitting the camera-ready paper from your end to confirm the inclusion of the paper in IEEE Xplore.

  6. If Plagiarism will be more than 25%, then your paper will not be included in the conference.

  7. Authors are urged to ensure that the camera-ready submission strictly follows the IEEE Template given on the conference website Click Here.

  8. Authors of accepted papers should send the camera-ready paper in IEEE PDF Xpress compatible pdf (Click Here) format through Microsoft CMT. The Conference ID is : 61023X

  9. The number of pages in Final Camera-Ready Paper must be within Six Pages.

  10. The papers exceeding 6 pages (a maximum of 8 pages) should pay extra page charge of USD 50 per page.

  11. The camera-ready papers that do not meet these requirements will not be submitted for further consideration to IEEE Xplore.

Submit the IEEE Copyright Form electronically

 

Authors of accepted papers must submit the copyright of their papers to IEEE in order to have their papers included in the SESAI 2024 program (only one has to be submitted for each paper). All clearances for publication must be obtained by the authors.

For SESAI, authors will have to use the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF), available on the CMT platform.

Failure to submit the IEEE Copyright transfer form by the deadline will result in an automatic withdrawal of your paper for presentation and publication.
