• Each paper requires one presenting author registration, and the presenting author registration must be completed by the author registration deadline.

• Conference registration covers one paper. An additional paper can be added to the full registration at an additional cost of 100 USD each.

• A maximum of 4 additional pages per paper can be purchased at 50 USD per page.

• One-day registration is not valid for paper registration.

• Attendees must present IEEE Membership evidence to benefit from discounted rates.

• According to the requirements from IEEE, all papers should be presented at the conference (Physical or Online mode) before they can be considered for publication through IEEE Xplore®.

• * The discounted rate also applies to members of the following professional organizations: Institute of Engineers, Mauritius, Institution of Engineering and Technology, Institution of Engineers India.

      Refund Policy 

• All cancellations must be made in writing to the conference organizers before 15th May 2024. Cancellations before the 15th May 2024  will forfeit an administrative fee of 100 USD. No refund will be made after 15th May 2024.
